No returns or exchange on any items! Due to sanitary reasons. All sales are FINAL.
Before submitting your order please triple check to make sure you've purchased the correct items.
If you have received an incorrect product please kindly email us at sales@naturalnay.com within 24hrs of receiving your order. Please have your order number and pictures of the items that were sent to you in your email. Give us 48 hrs to respond to your concerns and we will be happy to assist you.

How Long Does Processing Orders Take?
Our processing Regular orders time takes 5 to 7 business days (Monday- Friday).

How Long Will My Order Take To Ship?
First Class Mail 5-7 business days.
PRIORITY MAIL 1-2 business days.
* Please note that first class mail is only tracked it is not insured. This means that in an uncommon event that your package is lost and or damaged USPS can't really do anything for you. Insured packages claims will be covered and so will your shipping. *
My Package Is Missing?
In the uncommon occurrence that your package gets lost in the mail, please contact USPS.
We provide a tracking number on all orders once shipped, so you can track your packages directly from USPS.
Once your order has shipped from us, it is up to USPS to assume responsibility for any lost/missing packages. As this is not the responsibility of Nay Monae Boutique, LLC.
PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK THAT YOU'VE ENTERED THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE CHECK OUT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES SENT TO THE WRONG WRONG ADDRESS.
Once your shipping label is purchased and your address is incorrect you'll have to email sales@naturalnay.com to make arrangements for another label with the right address at your cost.
